Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience in network reliability or network health management for hyperscale optical networks (e.g., long-haul terrestrial dark fiber, metro networks, or carrier hotels).
• Experience planning and executing network migrations or infrastructure expansions (capacity planning, asset transitions, or fiber route upgrades).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal business and cross-functional networking teams to define initiatives meeting Google's network infrastructure needs for expansion and cost optimization.
• Translate forecasts into regional capacity plans considering market trends and tech changes for optimized network solutions.
• Present network plans and roadmaps for approval by stakeholders, from short-term to long-term region-wide strategies.
• Coordinate with network negotiators or vendor delivery managers to ensure on-time infrastructure delivery within budget.
