• Issue Tracking & Follow-up: Track action items and ensure timely closure of technical tasks; escalate risks as needed.
• Process & Discipline: Reinforce program management best practices and standardize tools, templates, and communication flows.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively track, manage, and elevate risks impacting timelines.
