Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Program Management to lead strategic Systems and Informatics product development programs in a highly regulated medical device environment.

You will coordinate R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service and Operations to drive development, validation, and commercialization while balancing risk, cost and schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex medical device product development programs.
• Ability to align program execution with business strategy and budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex Systems and Informatics product development programs from initiation through commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service and Operations.
• Provide strategic program leadership balancing scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost and priorities.
• Manage substantial program budgets and global cross-functional teams with external partners and OEMs.
• Communicate program health and milestones to governance and senior leadership.
• Ensure PDx phase gate requirements are met and drive continuous improvement.
