Job summary

You will coordinate day-to-day activities across hardware, software, and systems within Varian teams, maintaining alignment to program goals.

Working with engineering leadership, you will ensure execution is structured, visible, and predictable, with clear status and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in project or program coordination, preferably in technical environments.
• Familiarity with engineering development processes.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Clear and structured communication style.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal execution & deliverables across engineering teams to close on time.
• Own coordination of day-to-day across internal hardware, software, and systems teams.
• Track action items, escalate risks, and maintain issue documentation.
• Reinforce program management best practices and standardize tools and templates.
• Proactively manage risks impacting timelines and deliverables.
• Provide clear, structured updates to internal stakeholders and teams.
