Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking a Planned Activity Project Manager to oversee preventative maintenance, mandatory updates, and scheduling to meet system due dates across multi-national teams.

You will drive engagement milestones, adapt to changing priorities, coordinate with customers and internal partners, and report progress with clear analyses. A Bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills are required; SAP knowledge is a plus and flexible shifts may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to handle semi-complex to complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance.
• Independently perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly defined issues.
• Ability to work shifts: 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Manage all preventative maintenance and mandatory update work in accordance with contractual obligations and due date assignments.
• Respond to incoming customer requests for planned activity scheduling and make outgoing contact to ensure end-to-end activities occur ahead of system-specific due date.
• Manage engagement milestones to ensure on-time completion and identify actions required to keep them on track, including customer milestones such as proactive scheduling and required room availability for maintenance performance.
• React to changing priorities and engage with customers and internal partners to reschedule planned work when required.
• Provide reports on progress and actions on a regular basis by researching, documenting, and presenting findings.
