Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Senior Director, Program Management to lead large, global Systems and Informatics development programs within Core Laboratory Solutions. You will coordinate across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to deliver innovative diagnostic solutions.

You will drive executive governance, manage substantial budgets, and ensure predictable execution across the product lifecycle, with a focus on risk, schedule, and cost balance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex medical device product development programs (hardware, software, automation, systems integration).
• Proven ability to align program execution with business strategy, ensuring risk, cost, and schedule are balanced.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations.
• Knowledge of FDA and international regulatory requirements and Design Controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex Systems and Informatics product development programs from initiation to commercialization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations.
• Provide strategic program leadership balancing scope, schedule, quality, risk, and cost.
• Manage substantial program budgets and cross-functional teams, partners, and OEMs.
• Govern programs with clear communication of health, milestones, risks, and decisions to IBP governance and senior leadership.
