Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own hardware development programs within Core Tech. You will be the connective tissue between design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations—driving complex electromechanical products from concept through production.

You will build roadmaps, track milestones, manage risks, and engage teams at the right time. If you have hardware program experience and want startup speed on systems that matter, this is the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to the product development lifecycle of complex electromechanical systems, including motors, actuators, drive systems, gears, bearings, gearboxes, pcba’s, sensors & engines.
• 3+ years’ experience in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems, turbojet engines or electromechanical assemblies as part of integrated product development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders, across a wide range of technical areas.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Represent the program to multiple teams and stakeholders; ensure cross-functional engagement and alignment with the product architecture and vision.
• Set milestones and define the roadmap across teams, ensuring timing and maturity alignment.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks to support program development using data-driven inputs from stakeholders.
• Execute tasks to keep the program on track and de-risk the roadmap.
• Communicate engineering strategy to stakeholders and address risks with resources.
• Collaborate with design, finance, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, legal, ops, strategy, and production.
