Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own hardware development programs within Core Tech. You will bridge design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive complex electromechanical products from concept through production.

You will work with engineering leads to build roadmaps, track milestones, and manage risk while engaging the right teams at the right time.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in hardware-focused TPM roles.
• Experience with electromechanical systems and drive components.
• Ability to coordinate across design, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs.
