Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own complex hardware-software programs from concept to delivery with customers and internal engineering teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional partners, develop technical plans, manage milestones, and ensure successful outcomes while navigating fast-paced defense projects. This role involves engaging with customers, coordinating sprint plans, and driving growth through strategic program management.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
• Able to start full time in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team.
• Embed with customers to understand mission challenges and shape products that solve critical national and international security challenges.
• Build and orchestrate solutions with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure each party is engaged and informed.
• Plan and coordinate sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones.
• Grow the business through customer success and align with commercial targets.
