The Technical Program Manager, Ground Systems leads the execution of the VEGA program, focusing on developing scalable ground architecture for satellite constellations.
Drive cross-functional planning, coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, establish governance, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure automation and operational efficiencies. Facilitate deployment activities, foster collaboration across disciplines, and improve program processes for timely delivery.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and typically 12+ years of experience leading complex aerospace or space systems programs. Requires experience managing large, interdisciplinary programs involving ground systems, software, hardware, and operational teams. Strong systems engineering knowledge, communication skills, and risk management expertise are essential. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, experience with satellite ground segments, cloud architectures, DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and security clearances.
