Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Security to lead and coordinate security engineering programs across the software lifecycle. You will partner with security engineers, product managers, and legal to drive secure, resilient products and manage milestones and risks.

You will track progress, remove roadblocks, and coordinate incident response, while scaling security processes to support a fast-moving organization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing security or software development programs in enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with security engineers, infrastructure teams, product managers, and legal to drive security deliverables through the full software development and security lifecycle.
• Synthesize concrete security goals from product and threat landscape vision and map them to team tasks.
• Maintain comprehensive project state including vulnerability remediation timelines, incident response obligations, and detection gaps.
• Enhance cross-team collaboration across security engineering, IT, legal, and customer-facing teams.
• Design, document, and improve security processes and operational frameworks to scale programs.
