Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development programs and product portfolio releases across global teams. You will coordinate requirements, design, development, verification, and production deployment, while managing scope, schedule and budget.

You will work with Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, Customer Success and external customers to ensure strong execution, risk management, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience leading multiple global projects with SAFe and agile practices.
• Experience working across time zones in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects/programs and resources, including customer lead opportunities or contracted integrated solutions, from initiation and scoping, requirement definition, development, testing, certification, delivery, and sustainment.
• Lead engineering teams and/or a release train across product groups and geographies, ensuring clear requirements and solutions.
• Provide hands-on Agile Program management for programs, solutions, or portfolio programs with high complexity and budget responsibilities.
• Produce PM reviews, status reports and presentations, including customer and leadership communications.
• Interact with internal customers including Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, Customer Success, and external customers.
• Support Program Increment Planning to ensure teams understand priorities, dependencies and risks; ensure PI plans are realistic.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks across programs; ensure mitigation actions are addressed in a timely manner.
• Oversee program life cycle and manage multiple program releases in development, field trials, and production.
• Manage program delivery roadmap ensuring on-time and high-quality milestones.
