Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of development programs and product releases across global teams. You will align requirements, design, build, test, and deploy for customers, coordinating across time zones and geographies.

The role requires planning multiple programs, leading release trains, agile management, and executive communications. Fluent English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and SAFe development framework in milestone-driven environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working in a global organization, across time zones.
• Ability to lead a portfolio of related programs or projects, or large programs with high levels of resource requirements, risk, and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects/programs and resources across opportunities, integrations, and deployments.
• Lead Engineering Teams and/or Release Train across geographies with clear requirements and solutions.
• Provide hands-on Agile Program management for high-complexity programs and budgets.
• Prepare PM reviews and status reports for customers and leadership.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, Customer Success, and external customers.
