Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development programs and product releases across regions.

You will plan multi-project portfolios, coordinate engineering teams and release trains, support PI planning, manage risks, and report status to customers and executives.

Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, or related field is required; SAFe and Agile experience is preferred; fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and SAFe in a milestone-driven environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in a global organization across time zones.
• Ability to lead a portfolio of related programs or large programs with high resource, risk and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects/programs and resources from initiation to sustainment.
• Lead Engineering Teams and/or a Release Train across geographies with clear requirements and integrated solutions.
• Provide hands-on Agile Program management for high-complexity programs with budget responsibilities.
• Prepare Program Reviews, status reports, and communications for customers and leadership.
• Interact with internal customers and external customers including Product Management, Stakeholders and Executives.
• Support Program Increment Planning to align priorities, dependencies, risks, and PI plans.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks across programs and ensure timely actions.
• Oversee the program life cycle across multiple releases (development, trials, production).
• Manage the program delivery roadmap to ensure on-time, high-quality milestones.
