Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Field Integration and Testing Program Manager to lead FIT's core testing operations and support international expansion as Leo scales across territories and hardware.

You will coordinate three workstreams, manage schedules and risks, drive bug resolution with engineering, and report status to leadership, while collaborating with Leo engineering, Beta teams, and FQE partners to ensure Go/No-Go readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Working knowledge of networking or connectivity concepts (e.g., IP routing, DNS, DHCP, latency, packet loss, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Own the program mechanics across FIT's three prioritized workstreams.
• Coordinate pre-release testing of new hardware and app releases before Beta cohorts.
• Drive resolution of bugs and quality issues; track health and uptime of Solution Lab CT fleet.
• Coordinate country-specific functional test cases across Americas and EMEA; support expansion into future markets.
