Role Title: Program Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Program Management and Change Management functions during a key period of transformation.

As the head of this function, you will oversee a team of 5+ program and project managers, guiding large-scale initiatives across our technology organization, including ERP and software development projects. You'll play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, fostering team alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of cross-functional programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to the Program and Change Management team.
• Lead and oversee the execution of complex, enterprise-wide programs especially those related to ERP systems and software development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across technology, operations, and business units to align on priorities, scope, and deliverables.
• Utilize tools like Asana to manage and track progress across programs.
• Implement and maintain program management best practices, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support change management efforts related to organizational transformation or technology implementations.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management capacity.
• Experience managing a team of 5 or more professionals.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a technology-driven organization.
• Experience managing large-scale ERP projects (no specific platform required).
• Proficiency with Asana or similar program management tools is highly preferred.
• Background in the Fintech or software industry is ideal.
• Change management experience is a plus.
