Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the network infrastructure builds health, customer demand, anticipate risks, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
• Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiate the trade-offs as needed.
• Participate in the hiring process and mentor others while managing multiple cross-organizational projects.
• Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and senior management daily.
• Analyze, interpret and visualize data with BI tools like Redshift, Oracle, Tableau, QuickSight.
• Create predictable process paths and drive automation to unblock innovation.
