Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive both network hardware and software programs to meet the ever-growing customer demand.
• Manage competing cross-organizational projects/programs on a global scale.
• Interact cross-team Network Managers, cross-team Technical Program Managers, Engineers, and Data Center Technicians and senior management.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful-eye on timelines and costs.
• Drive simplification efforts in engineering and project/program management, and architectures to unblock innovation.
• Partner with multiple teams across various locations to ensure priorities are agreed and outcomes are delivered.
