Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive Data Center and Network Capacity in AMER. You will assess demand with available resources, deliver critical networking capacity, and collaborate with AWS teams to plan and deliver data center capacity.

You’ll own large scaling portfolios, report progress to senior leadership, mentor teammates, and oversee multiple programs while focusing on customer outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience in cross functional project delivery.
• Experience in large-scale data center network implementations and support.
• Experience in data center engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own large network scaling portfolios and onboard scaling functions into Global Network Delivery.
• Provide program progress reporting to senior leadership with root-cause analysis.
• Summarize escalation support and key leadership decisions.
• Mentor newer team members and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop implementation plans enabling cross-functional collaboration.
