Job summary

Google in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Data Center Network Infrastructure Construction. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs across internal teams and external partners to plan, implement, and deliver critical network infrastructure projects.

The role requires a strong PM background with experience driving large-scale programs, coordinating stakeholders, and communicating tradeoffs to executives and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber-optics, or critical systems construction management.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional partner teams and site-based execution teams through SME technical guidance, and serve as a regional liaison for program management team.
• Help develop and socialize processes and procedures to enable the team to operate efficiently with consistent results, in partnership with internal and external teams.
• Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer's needs.
• Resolve highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.
