Job summary

Google Inc. in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead data center network infrastructure construction projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, plan requirements, identify risks, and drive schedules to deliver complex initiatives across regions. The role requires 5+ years in program management and 5+ years in telecommunications or critical systems construction management, with strong leadership and change-control discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber-optics, or critical systems construction management.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional partner teams and site-based execution teams through SME technical guidance, and serve as a regional liaison for program management team.
• Help develop and socialize processes and procedures to enable the team to operate efficiently with consistent results, in partnership with internal and external teams.
• Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer's needs.
• Resolve highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.
