Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to mature its Land Development program, building operational rigor, standardized reporting, and scalable metrics. You will collaborate with an AI engineer to develop automated, data-driven tools that surface insights across the portfolio and reduce manual work.

The role focuses on creating reporting cadence, tracking schedule and budget, and delivering visibility into risks and resource needs for AWS data center campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
• Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions.
• Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery.
• Experience developing tools, reports, process maps, scorecards, and data visualizations.
• Experience with data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Business, or 7+ years of program management/ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and mature the operational cadence for the Land Development division, including Monthly Business Reviews, weekly program syncs, and leadership reporting.
• Refine and track key performance metrics across the land development portfolio, such as schedule adherence, budget variance, permitting cycle times, and milestone completion rates.
• Build and improve program dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into portfolio health, risks, and resource needs.
• Improve standardized templates for project status reporting, risk tracking, and decision escalation.
• Identify patterns and systemic issues across the portfolio and surface them to leadership with recommendations.
• Partner with the AI engineer to develop automated reporting, predictive analytics, and data-driven tools that enhance program visibility and reduce manual overhead.
• Maintain a consolidated view of all active land development projects across regions, tracking status against key milestones.
• Develop reporting that connects individual project performance to overall program goals and business targets.
• Track dependencies between land development activities and downstream data center design and construction timelines.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across project reporting so leadership reviews are based on reliable information.
