Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Land Development in Seattle, WA (with options in Austin, TX or Arlington, VA) to own the operational backbone of our data center portfolio. You will drive program delivery, standardized reporting, KPI adoption, and stakeholder coordination to deliver portfolio health at scale.

You will support a team handling due diligence, entitlements, engineering design, and construction, while tracking performance, surfacing bottlenecks, and enabling leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program cadences, reporting, and leadership-facing status updates for the land development portfolio.
• Track portfolio KPIs and surface systemic risks with actionable recommendations.
• Own ongoing dashboard maintenance and drive adoption of new tools with end users.
• Coordinate data quality across project reporting and maintain taxonomy standards.
• Partner with the technical program management team on tooling redesigns.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Own vendor scopes of work, track invoices, and monitor consultant performance.
• Conduct after-action reviews to identify root causes and improve practices.
• Develop onboarding materials and facilitate weekly program syncs.
• Support capacity forecasting based on upcoming workload volumes.
• Some travel required.
