Job summary

AWS Land Development Program Manager in Seattle, WA, is responsible for the operational backbone of the land development portfolio. You will own program delivery, standardized reporting, KPI adoption, and stakeholder coordination to ensure visibility, predictability, and delivery commitments across US projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements; cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program cadences, reporting, and leadership updates for land development portfolio.
• Track portfolio KPIs and surface risks with actionable recommendations.
• Own dashboard maintenance and drive adoption of new tools through end-user training.
• Coordinate data quality across project reporting and maintain taxonomy standards.
• Partner with the technical program management team on tooling redesigns.
• Work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Own vendor scopes of work, invoices, and consultant performance.
• Conduct after-action reviews to identify root causes and improve practices.
• Develop onboarding materials and facilitate weekly program syncs.
• Support capacity forecasting; some travel required.
