Job summary

CelLink Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional execution of new product introductions from concept to full production. The role blends engineering, manufacturing, customer delivery, and scalable, real-world product outcomes.

You will drive phase-gate processes, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure programs meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while translating customer needs into actionable production plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering or operations experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs in high-tech, automotive, or similar industries.
• Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and disciplined change control.
• Proven success launching new products to production (yield, quality, and cost targets).

Responsibilities

• Define and manage CelLink’s phase-gate product development process across assigned programs.
• Lead integrated teams spanning Applications, Design, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development.
• Build and maintain master schedules, track risks and dependencies, and ensure targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and production signals for Supply Chain and Operations.
• Monitor KPIs, elevate critical issues early, and recommend data-driven actions to keep programs on course.
• Oversee design validation, testing, and production trials; coordinate PPAP/FAI documentation and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/Quality systems, safety, and ethical policies; set tone for teamwork and excellence.
