Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Tech Transfer Process Engineer to bridge NPI and high‑volume manufacturing. You will characterize and mature pilot processes, validate equipment and control strategies, and lead launches with hands‑on support on the production floor.

Responsibilities include process qualification, capability studies, and close collaboration with Design, Operations, Quality, and Controls to ensure a smooth transition to scalable, reliable production delivering target yield and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Experience transferring processes from pilot to high‑volume production.
• Strong background in design for manufacturability, yield improvement and cost reduction.
• Experience with production launches and manufacturing scale‑up.
• Start‑up environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the transfer of products from NPI into high‑volume manufacturing with on‑site launch ownership.
• Scale and mature processes from NPI builds to repeatable, high‑volume production.
• Establish and validate process windows, operating parameters and control strategies.
• Lead process qualification, capability studies, and structured validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive launch readiness and resolve gaps.
• Troubleshoot on the production floor and provide rapid resolution of issues.
• Conduct experiments and root cause analysis to de-risk scale‑up.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and train staff.
