Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager/PM/TPM in a technical environment.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong project management skills including schedule, risk, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive results across teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technical product development or engineering-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from planning through implementation and launch.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project communication, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and other functions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Track project performance and communicate progress through status updates.
• Manage scope changes and evolving business requirements.
• Support product development, testing, implementation, and launch activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and processes.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and balance priorities.
