Responsibilities

• Lead assigned automotive programs from award through planning, development, launch, and production stabilization.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans covering milestones, tooling, validation, and capacity.
• Define deliverables, owners, due dates, dependencies, and decision points; drive closure of actions.
• Lead cross-functional program reviews and publish status, risks, and action reporting.
• Identify risks early and lead mitigation or recovery plans; manage changes and costs.
