Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program coordination or related role in cross-functional tech environments.
• Strong milestone tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and capacity planning.
• Ability to translate customer and program needs into technical plans and align teams without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern planning/reporting tools.
• Highly organized with empathy for end-users and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across hardware, software, firmware, platform, and systems teams to translate program priorities into actionable engineering plans.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints using Jira, Confluence, and dashboards.
• Identify and elevate execution risks to protect commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, status reviews, and alignment meetings with engineering managers and leadership.
• Balance stakeholder requests with engineering capacity and organizational priorities.
• Gather requirements and feedback to improve internal tooling and reporting workflows.
• Support product deployment and ongoing operations onsite as needed.
