Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least three years of recent experience, since 2017, managing a contract of similar size and scope.
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple complex, time-critical activities, including technical or data-processing work.
• Experience managing schedules, document workflows, action items, risks, and customer reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and careful attention to version control and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of guidance, products, briefing materials, meetings, and related deliverables.
• Manage production workflow for NIMS implementation products and related documents.
• Translate customer priorities into assignments, milestones, review cycles, and staffing requirements.
• Maintain the Project Task Tracker with task and document status, travel, meetings, issues, recommendations, and monthly updates.
• Coordinate analysts, writers, quality reviewers, and subject matter experts across concurrent products.
• Track Government-furnished information, reviewer comments, dependencies, risks, and overdue actions.
• Prepare weekly meeting materials and monthly performance, staffing, schedule, and cost inputs.
• Coordinate preparation of deliverable acceptance forms, weekly COR meeting materials, and monthly status-report inputs.
• Monitor deliverable readiness and prevent late, incomplete, or improperly formatted submissions.
• Serve as acting Program Manager when designated and maintain continuity during absences or surge periods.
• Support in-person and virtual workshops, including planning, facilitation, materials, action tracking, and follow-up
