Evlo AI is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex programs end-to-end, aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact systems.

You will orchestrate cross-functional execution, remove blockers, and ensure large initiatives ship on time and within scope, while maintaining transparency with leadership through dashboards and clear status updates.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in technical program management within high-growth tech.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methods and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Linear and advanced spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs with milestones and resources.
• Lead weekly syncs, sprint planning, and retrospectives for alignment.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; design mitigation with engineering leads.
• Track program health with dashboards and provide exec-level progress reports.
• Standardize PM processes and tooling to scale execution across teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications across product, design, engineering and leadership.
