Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a seasoned operations and technical program manager to keep our fast-growing engineering and product teams aligned. You will own cross-functional workflows, tooling ecosystems, and execution strategies that help us ship effectively and reliably.

You will identify systemic bottlenecks, design resilient operational processes, and drive strategic projects from concept to measurable business outcomes, using Jira, SQL, and BI dashboards to monitor progress and impact.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of operations, technical project management, or program management experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, and modern BI platforms.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Confluence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certification, experience scaling remote-first teams, and familiarity with Python automation scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize core operational processes, documenting standard operating procedures and workflow architectures
• Drive complex cross-functional technical projects using Jira, Notion, and Confluence to track milestones, owners, and deliverables
• Analyze operational metrics via SQL, Tableau, and BI dashboards to identify friction points and efficiency gains
• Manage vendor relationships, internal software tooling stacks, and license allocations supporting day-to-day operations
• Partner with finance and leadership to forecast operational spend, track KPIs, and surface execution risks proactively
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and post-mortems to continuously improve delivery velocity
