Job summary

FORT Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across product and engineering. Reporting to the Director of Technical Program Management, you will own cross-functional initiatives, keep programs on track, surface risks, and align teams.

This high-impact individual contributor role sits at the intersection of Product and Engineering; you will partner with engineering leads and product managers to ensure the right things are built the right way and communicated

Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of experience in product, program, or project management in hardware and/or software.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs in robotics or industrial tech is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and stage-gate delivery methodologies and applying the right approach.
• Strong communication to translate technical complexity into clear stakeholder updates.
• Comfortable in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs through the full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain roadmaps with visibility into priorities, dependencies, milestones, and risks.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales through structured reviews.
• Apply program management processes and tools, keeping practices lean and audit-ready.
• Identify blockers and resource constraints and resolve them before delivery risks arise.
• Partner with engineering leads and product managers to ensure scope and commitments are met.
• Provide timely program status updates to teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Champion ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement within programs.
