Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a strong Program Manager to lead delivery of a cloud-based healthcare platform across multiple engineering pods in Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL / New York, NY.

You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, manage APIs, microservices and external integrations, and report progress to executives. Ideal candidates have 8-12+ years in program management for large-scale cloud programs, with strong communication skills for senior stakeholders and a healthcare domain background

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Program/Project Management.
• Experience managing large-scale cloud platform programs.
• Strong exposure to microservices, APIs, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering pods (backend, QA, DevOps).
• Drive program planning, sprint governance and dependency management.
• Manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies (RAID logs).
• Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, infrastructure teams and external partners/vendors.
• Support platform integrations (APIs, workflows, external systems).
• Ensure quality, performance and release readiness.
• Provide clear executive-level status updates and reporting.

Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL / New York, NY We are looking for a strong Program Manager to lead delivery of a cloud-based healthcare platform involving multi-team coordination, external integrations and distributed engineering teams (onshore/offshore).

This role requires someone who has owned end-to-end delivery of complex platform programs.

Key Responsibilities
