Runpod, the AI Developer Cloud, is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional programs across product and platform teams. You will drive planning, risk management, and delivery for complex cloud infrastructure initiatives that schedule, scale, and run GPU workloads across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in technical program management or software/infrastructure engineering leading complex programs for cloud or infrastructure products.
• Hands-on engineering experience on production distributed systems with understanding of consistency, availability, and scaling.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure fundamentals: compute, networking, storage, containers/orchestration, multi-region architectures.

• Partner with engineering leads to understand squad architecture and build realistic delivery plans.
• Own planning and delivery for multi-team programs across cross-service and cross-region dependencies.
• Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation before customer impact.
• Participate in design/architecture reviews and surface gaps in rollout plans and observability.
• Drive launch readiness, staged releases, rollback plans, and fault-tolerance testing.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders with clear status updates and risk management.
• Define and track success metrics for performance, reliability, utilization, and cost.
• Collaborate with SRE to monitor system health and balance investments in reliability and scale.
• Coordinate with capacity teams on infrastructure changes affecting roadmaps.
• Lead post-launch and post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
