Job summary

Runpod is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across product and platform teams, building the core of our cloud platform for GPU workloads. You’ll collaborate with engineering leads, manage risk, and drive execution in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep distributed systems experience, strong visibility into observability, and the ability to align stakeholders while delivering high-impact results across regions

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program management or software/infrastructure engineering leading complex programs for cloud or infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience with production distributed systems focusing on consistency, availability, scaling, and failure handling.
• Excellent ability to read architecture docs, review designs, and discuss reliability and capacity tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leads to understand squad architecture and build realistic delivery plans.
• Own planning and delivery for multi-team programs with dependencies across regions.
• Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation before impact to customers.
• Contribute to design and architecture reviews to surface rollout gaps and observability needs.
• Drive launch readiness, staged releases, rollback plans, and post-launch reviews.
