Job summary

Crux, Inc. seeks a seasoned technical program manager focused on capacity planning for AI infrastructure. You will oversee a 40+ project portfolio, model supply versus capacity, and guide leadership on prioritization and sequencing.

You will collaborate with Finance, Development, and Operations and work closely with Google's supply teams to translate timelines into actionable capacity decisions. Hybrid schedule in the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, capacity planning, or supply/demand planning for cloud, hardware, or other capital-intensive infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating a multi-project portfolio as a system — weighing, sequencing, and recommending across dozens of live opportunities.
• Quantitative fluency with capacity, cost, and schedule modeling you can defend.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing match between projected TPU/chip supply and Crux's data center capacity pipeline.
• Evaluate the active portfolio of 40+ live project possibilities as a weighted, categorized system.
• Maintain the master interdependency tracker linking chip supply, site readiness, and capacity commitments.
• Build and own the capacity plan of record, and drive cross-functional accountability across Finance, Development, and Operations.
• Partner with Google's supply-side teams to translate chip delivery timelines into capacity decisions.
• Run scenario analysis on supply delays, demand shifts, and site delays with quantified financial impact.
• Default to AI-agentic workflows for portfolio modeling and scenario analysis.
