Job summary

Crux, Inc. is assembling a senior Pipeline Analytics role to own end-to-end planning, cost and delivery models for AI infrastructure programs. The role connects demand, supply, schedules and dollars, pre-assessing sites and testing lead times and budgets in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will deliver what-if analyses, portfolio metrics, and executive-ready outputs while maintaining data integrity and traceability across planning teams and leadership offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, supply chain, business or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in program management, planning or project controls, leading cross-functional work without direct authority.
• Deep experience building demand, supply, capacity or delivery models with scenario and what-if analysis.
• A proven record of structuring complex data and keeping it accurate, reconciled and traceable, with clear version control and audit trails.
• Proven cost and schedule management, including schedule verification on large capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and own end-to-end models linking demand, capacity, supply, delivery schedules and cost for AI infrastructure programs.
• Run scenario and what-if analyses and turn results into clear trade-off recommendations.
• Maintain data integrity with a single source of truth across plan data and reports.
• Turn complex models into concise narratives for executives and investors.
• Track delivery schedules and flag risks to on-time capacity early.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, supply chain, business or related field

8–10 years of experience in program management, planning or project controls

Deep experience building demand, supply, capacity or delivery models

Experience presenting recommendations to C-level executives

Daily, hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, modeling, documentation and reporting
