Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Central Products in Menlo Park, CA. This role focuses on capacity strategy for large-scale AI products, coordinating across Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure scalable, reliable infrastructure.

You will build models, dashboards, and narratives to guide senior leadership in capacity decisions, while protecting headroom and planning for demand spikes. Strong communication and program-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Experience with capacity planning, infrastructure, or ML-serving performance/efficiency programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the capacity demand model, forecasting, and supply plan for a large-scale AI product area.
• Lead leadership communications with narratives, reviews, scorecards, and decision frameworks for capacity health and tradeoffs.
• Drive quantitative analysis of AI inference capacity and optimize compute, GPUs, and infrastructure costs.
