Job summary

Crux AI is building a high-velocity, integrated AI infrastructure platform in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to own and scale the translation layer between Finance and Operations across a multi-billion-dollar build pipeline.

You will design and implement a repeatable process to translate capacity plans, cost models, and deal terms into a single, defensible view used by leadership to act without relitigating every project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large-scale technical or infrastructure programs.
• Fluent in translating between Finance and Infrastructure/Operations with shared artifacts.
• Experience with cloud, data centers, or capital-intensive infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the program cadence connecting Finance, Development, and Operations.
• Translate capacity plan and cost/margin inputs into Finance-ready outputs.
• Build and run intake, review, and escalation gates for active projects.
• Track commitments to closure and flag deviations before delays.
• Partner with Finance to ensure models are fed by reconciled program data.
• Build reporting and status mechanisms for leadership visibility.
• Default to AI-agentic workflows for status tracking and reporting.
