Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical projects or programs.
• Willingness to work 50%–100% on client site.
• Experience managing complex technical projects involving software, data, AI/ML, cloud infra.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication with engineers and senior government executives.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence or Lifestyle polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of complex technical programs.
• Develop and maintain plans, schedules, milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, AI/ML, product, data, security, and customers.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive mitigation.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Deliver program status updates to stakeholders.
