Accrete.AI in Alexandria, VA seeks a Technical Program Manager to coordinate delivery of complex technology programs from planning through deployment, coordinating engineers, AI/ML teams, product managers, government customers, and leadership to ensure timelines, budgets, and requirements are met. This is a hands-on, execution‑driven role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading teams and program management in technical environments.
• Willingness to work 50% - 100% time on client site.
• Experience managing complex technical projects involving software, data, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams; strong lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent communication with engineers, executives, and government customers.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence or Lifestyle Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of complex technical projects and programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, AI/ML, product, data, security, and customer organizations.
• Track progress, identify risks, blockers, and schedule concerns; drive milestones to completion.
• Manage technical dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams; standardize PM practices.
• Support government meetings, technical demonstrations, testing, deployment, and acceptance activities.
• Ensure project execution aligns with government security, compliance, and operational requirements.
