Accrete is seeking a Software Developer (AI/ML) to work at the intersection of data science, AI, advanced analytics, and workflow automation for government and enterprise clients. You will join a multi-disciplinary team to build intelligent systems that analyze data, make recommendations, and execute tasks with minimal human intervention.

Joining a dynamic team, you will translate mission requirements into practical AI solutions and move from ambiguous problems to working, production‑ready

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science, machine learning, AI, quantitative analysis, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience applying data science and AI to real-world problems.
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems to production.
• Experience with LLMs or modern AI techniques.
• Experience designing automated data or business workflows.
• Active TS//SCI clearance with Counterintelligence or Lifestyle Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑driven automation solutions for complex government workflows.
• Identify manual, knowledge‑intensive processes for AI/automation improvement.
• Develop systems that combine data, ML, LLMs, and workflow automation to achieve mission objectives.
• Build intelligent workflows that extract information, reason over data, generate outputs, and trigger actions.
• Develop and evaluate LLM‑based applications, including retrieval‑augmented generation and tool use.
