Job summary

Intrinsic is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead engineering teams building AI applications and containerized edge solutions for aerospace and defense. You will own the product backlog, drive agile ceremonies, and collaborate with the CEO and CTO on strategic priorities.

You will mentor talent, translate client needs into technical proposals, and engage with customers in high-visibility settings, delivering mission-critical capabilities on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in software technology.
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to operate in collaborative, high-performance environments.
• Experience delivering production software systems.
• Familiarity with web applications and microservice architectures.
• Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, Go).
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into clear, actionable technology requirements.
• Own and refine the product backlog, prioritizing for maximum impact.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and remove blockers to keep teams moving.
• Work closely with leadership and CTO.
• Guide and support a high-performing team of software engineers in an Agile setting.

• Support business development with technical depth.

• Develop and present technical solutions and proposals.
