Job summary

Accrete is hiring a Software Developer (AI/ML) to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering AI-enabled automation for government and national security missions. You will build intelligent systems that analyze data, make recommendations, and execute tasks with minimal human input, collaborating with mission specialists, engineers, and end users.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence or Lifestyle Polygraph.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, ML, AI, or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven automation solutions for government workflows.
• Identify manual processes that can be improved via AI and automation.
• Develop systems combining data, ML, LLMs, and workflow automation to achieve mission objectives.
• Build intelligent workflows that extract information, reason over data, generate outputs, and trigger actions.
• Develop and evaluate LLM-based applications including retrieval-augmented generation and tool use.
