Job summary

Reveal Technology is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Agile Targeting to own end-to-end delivery of a geospatial campaign across engine, client, cloud, and QA teams. You will manage schedule, scope, risk, and be accountable for on-time, on-spec shipping, while partnering with DoD-focused stakeholders.

Responsibilities include sprint and release planning, backlog grooming, cross-team dependency tracking, and ensuring security and regulatory requirements are met. Travel ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Travel ~30% required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical program management, product management, or similar experience.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Experience owning software delivery across frontend, backend, cloud, and QA.
• Strong Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint and release planning, and risk/readiness tracking.
• Ability to translate customer, operator, and business needs into clear engineering requirements.
• Experience with DoD customers or programs.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agile Targeting delivery plan, aligning work with customer commitments and BU priorities.
• Lead sprint and release planning and manage tradeoffs across scope, schedule, and quality.
• Own backlog prioritization and grooming, translating operator and field feedback into clearly scoped engineering work.
• Track cross-team dependencies across engine, client, cloud, and QA teams and elevate risks early.
• Maintain campaign risk, readiness, and delivery status and communicate changes to BU leadership.
• Establish clear definitions of done and drive release quality and continuous improvement.
• Track campaign KPIs and post-release outcomes to inform future planning and prioritization.
