Job summary

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to coordinate cross-team dependencies and drive program execution in a fast-paced defense-focused environment. You will lead release planning, ensure CI/CD maturity, and align roadmaps with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold CSM/CSM-Advanced certifications, 10+ years in software programs, and 5+ years of Release Management within Agile settings, with DoD/IC experience valued. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• CSM/CSM-derivative certifications strongly preferred.
• 10+ years supporting software development programs; 5+ years as Scrum Master.
• Experience with DoD/Intelligence Community programs.
• Solid experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Jira/Confluence.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated release planning and execution across Agile teams.
• Coordinate release readiness, deployment, and production support.
• Manage release schedules, risks, and cross-team alignment.
