Job summary

Robotic Data is seeking a Project Manager for Aerial Geospatial Operations & Delivery to lead end-to-end data collection and geospatial delivery programs from planning through processing and client acceptance.

The role bridges technical collection teams, delivery operations, and clients, ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned to quality objectives. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience or 10+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end aerial geospatial programs from planning to final delivery.
• Schedule flight operations and field execution with partner networks.
• Manage delivery teams for imagery, LiDAR, photogrammetry, GIS, and mapping outputs.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Use Smartsheet to manage dependencies, dashboards, schedules, reporting, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, processing, engineering, and client delivery.
• Track financials including forecasting, invoicing, margins, and collections.
• Drive QA/QC processes and client acceptance; manage risks.
• Support proposals, estimates, and business development; travel up to 10%.
