Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC in Springfield, VA is seeking a Targeting Analyst Senior to support the INSCOM APOGEE program. You will conduct all-source, geospatial, and targeting analysis through the Joint Targeting Cycle, developing target materials and delivering clear intelligence products for senior leaders.

Role requires deep GEOINT tradecraft, experience with RemoteView/SOCET GXP/DIEE/ArcGIS, and collaboration with the IC and DoD partners. Onsite work with a mission-focused team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience
• Senior-level GEOINT software knowledge and imaging analysis
• Experience with Joint Targeting Cycle and MDMP support

Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level all-source, geospatial, and targeting analysis throughout the Joint Targeting Cycle in support of operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain target materials per JP 3-60, CJCSI 3370.01D and mission guidance.
• Apply the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management, Targeting Cycle, and MDMP support.
• Produce actionable assessments, reports, graphics, and multimedia briefings.
• Coordinate with analysts and mission partners to address complex targeting requirements.
• Review products for accuracy, sourcing, analytic rigor, and compliance with standards.
