Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing initiatives. You will manage program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to deliver technology programs on time and within resources.

You will engage with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and external partners, provide regular status reports to leadership, and help shape the roadmap for AI-enabled and industrial automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or technology programs.
• Experience with robotics, automation, advanced manufacturing, or R&D projects.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and engineering programs from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and external partners.
• Track schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and project performance.
• Provide status updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
• Support robotics, automation, and emerging technology initiatives.
